Your answer to the question above is information you will need to document after you’ve checked the box YES (to answer the question “Does the student require assistive technology devices and/or services?”) on the Special Factors page of the IEP.
This is a good time to also be clear about WHO will be supporting the student with these tools (and make sure they get a copy of this summary and/or a copy of the IEP!), when (settings, classes, activities) it will be needed, and where to find it (where is it located or stored).
