Бенай Лофтус, адміністратор програми, Antelope Valley SELPA
Бенай Лофтус є адміністратором програми SELPA в долині Антелоп і отримала ступені магістра з психології та освітнього лідерства відповідно в 1993 та 2003 роках в Каліфорнійському державному університеті Нортрідж. Вона розпочала свою кар'єру в шкільному окрузі Ланкастер як шкільний психолог. Вона пропрацювала на цій посаді дев'ять років, а в 2002 році стала адміністратором у шкільному окрузі Ланкастер. Ще одинадцять років Бенай провела в шкільному окрузі Ланкастер як адміністратор спеціальної освіти та дошкільної освіти, перш ніж стати адміністратором SELPA в 2013 році, де вона надає підтримку десяти округам-членам SELPA в долині Антелоп. Вона входить до складу Виконавчої ради адміністраторів SELPA Каліфорнії та представляє організацію як зв'язкова з Асоціацією шкільних адміністраторів Каліфорнії (ACSA). Дебра Рондо — спеціаліст з допоміжних технологій у SELPA Antelope Valley. Як спеціаліст з допоміжних технологій SELPA, пані Рондо підтримує округи-члени, організовує професійний розвиток у сферах AT/AAC, проводить складні оцінювання AT, контролює обладнання з низькою інцидентністю та співпрацює з округами у покращенні практик та результатів для учнів з інвалідністю в сферах універсального дизайну та допоміжних технологій.
Jaime Tate-Symons, Directora Ejecutiva de North Inland SELPA
Jaime Tate-Symons es la Directora Ejecutiva de North Inland SELPA (NISER). A lo largo de su trayectoria profesional, ha integrado su pasión por la tecnología de asistencia en su formación académica y en su labor de apoyo a estudiantes, padres y escuelas/distritos. Su primer trabajo en el campo de la tecnología de asistencia consistió en el desarrollo de un laboratorio de escritura para sus alumnos de secundaria con discapacidades que estaban aprendiendo inglés como segunda lengua, donde incorporó un paquete de software de tecnología de asistencia financiado con una subvención para eliminar barreras y aumentar las oportunidades de inclusión. Jaime se siente honrada de formar parte de los esfuerzos estatales en tecnología de asistencia y comunicación aumentativa y alternativa (CAA).
Audrey Weed, Coordinadora de North Inland SELPA
Audrey Weed, M.A., CCC-SLP, es coordinadora del programa SELPA de la Región de Educación Especial del Interior Norte (NISER). Inició su carrera como especialista en Comunicación Aumentativa y Alternativa/Tecnología de Asistencia (CAA/TA) y ha desarrollado una gran pasión por formar equipos capaces de utilizar con confianza las tecnologías de asistencia con sus estudiantes. Como coordinadora del programa SELPA, la Sra. Weed apoya a los equipos de CAA/TA, coordina procesos alternativos de resolución de conflictos, organiza el desarrollo profesional y colabora con los distritos escolares para mejorar las prácticas y los resultados de los estudiantes con discapacidades.
Marci Zeppegno, Gerente de Programa, Oficina de Educación del Condado de Humboldt
Marci Zeppegno es Gerente de Programas de Servicios de Prevención e Intervención en la Oficina de Educación del Condado de Humboldt. En este puesto, apoya a los distritos escolares en la transformación del clima escolar. Es capacitadora y coach en Diseño Universal para el Aprendizaje (DUA), capacitadora certificada por el Instituto Internacional de Prácticas Restaurativas (IIRP), capacitadora y coach en Apoyo al Comportamiento Positivo en las Escuelas (PBIS), y Líder Regional 1 y coach certificada para el Sistema de Apoyo Multinivel de California (CA MTSS). Anteriormente, trabajó durante más de veinte años como especialista en educación con estudiantes desde preescolar hasta bachillerato. Obtuvo su Maestría en Educación en Cal Poly Humboldt.

Jennifer Hicks, Associate Superintendent of Educational Services, Placer County Office of Education
Jennifer Hicks is the Associate Superintendent of Educational Services for the Placer County Office of Education. Ms. Hicks oversees the Early Learning, Equity Innovation and Support, and Leadership and Learning Collaborative departments at PCOE. Ms. Hicks holds a BA in Liberal Studies from CSU, Sacramento and an MS in Educational Leadership from Walden University. She successfully integrates a framework for improvement and implementation science into professional learning, coaching and leadership practices. She designs and implements programs and services that promote research-based school improvement practices and serves the diverse needs of students. Ms. Hicks is a WestEd Equity Accelerator Fellow and has a passion for ensuring equity and creating sustainable systems change.
Kathryn Ferreira, Executive Director of Educational Innovation and Support
As the Executive Director of Educational Innovation and Support at Placer County Office of Education, Kathryn Ferreira’s role includes working with districts on Differentiated Assistance, state and federal programs, and Curriculum and Instruction. Prior to joining the COE, Kathryn was a Principal, Vice Principal, instructional coach, professional development provider, and teacher. Her experience at school sites targeted building sustainable systems for MTSS, supporting the whole child, providing instructional leadership, and building capacity through effective Professional Learning Communities. Her school reform approach focused on the system, including creative and systematic approaches to addressing the needs of underserved and marginalized students.
